Cosa bolle in pentola?

Cosa bolle in pentola? (litterally ‘What’s brewing in the pot?’) is a series of collective lunches aimed at supporting creative and indipendent projects based in Bologna, allowing all the participants to share local resources: money, food, relationships, ideas and time.
Cosa bolle in pentola? is a project developed by the people behind Ossigeno!, a radio program aired by Città del Capo – Radio Metropolitana, Culinaria Sexy Sapori and Cibosano, two groups of cooks committed to organic and sustainable food, and La Pillola, a cultural hub and co-working host.
We adaptated the Sunday Soup ‘scheme’, discovered via the lovely guys of Granaio in Milan, trying to involve the farmers market network as well as local cultural agencies.
So far we had four lunches, hosted at the co-working center La Pillola with the exception of the third one, which has been transformed into a ‘festival‘ of italian projects of ‘social innovation’.
